Office management clerk (m/f/d)
What's waiting for you:
- Training to become a businessman/businesswoman for office management in three years
- Focus: accounting
- Getting to know all areas of a medium-sized trading company: sales, marketing, secretariat as well as typical commercial areas such as purchasing and order monitoring, quality management, accounting and daily correspondence with our international suppliers and processing customer inquiries
- Support of the various departments after careful training
The apprenticeship as an office management clerk is divided into general compulsory qualifications and two special elective qualifications. We offer the following elective qualifications:
- Commercial management and control
and Optional:
- Assistant and Secretariat
- Marketing and Sales
What you bring:
- Fachabitur/Abitur with good grades in German, mathematics and English
- Experience in using PC and MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- accuracy and reliability
- Teamwork, tolerance and respectful interaction
