Our ESD protective bags are not only used to protect against electrostatic discharge, but also to shield against external charge currents. If you need additional protection from moisture, we recommend our EMI barrier bags. These provide an extra barrier against moisture, keeping your electronics dry and safe.
We are specialized in large protective bags from a length of 100 cm - we can already do this with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces offer at attractive conditions. Individual printing is also possible.
Smaller sizes are possible from an order quantity of 5.000 or 1.000 pieces:

ESD protective bags / shielding bags (antistatic)
Our ESD protection bags are made of high-quality materials and have a 4-layer structure that ensures high puncture and tear resistance. The use of conductive polyester (APET) and polypropylene (CPP) ensures reliable protection against electrostatic discharge and at the same time shields against external charge currents. The protective bags are available in the color silver semi-transparent (40% - 70% optical density) and thus also offer the possibility of recognizing the contents of the bag.
Our ESD protection bags are heat sealable and can be sealed at temperatures from 120°C to 190°C. Optionally, we also offer a zip closure solution for our customers.
We attach great importance to the quality of our products and therefore do not use any heavy metals in the production of our ESD protective bags.

ESD + EMI barrier bag
Our ESD + EMI barrier bags offer excellent protection against electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic and radio frequency interference, and moisture. With a 4-layer structure made of PET/AL/NY/CPP, they offer high puncture and tear resistance.
The heat seal temperature for these barrier bags is 170°C (0.6 – 4.5 sec / 40-60 PSI). They are also optionally available with a practical zip fastener.
Our ESD + EMI barrier bags are silver-white and matt, and therefore not transparent. They are free of heavy metals and therefore offer a safe and environmentally friendly packaging solution for your sensitive electronic devices and components.
