Quality as an indispensable component

We consider quality to be an indispensable part of all our activities and are constantly committed to improving our work processes. The production plants are regularly audited by our specialist staff from Willich (Germany) and Shanghai (China) to ensure the highest quality standards. We support our production plants with our own technical analyses and tests in our Laboratory in Willich to ensure constant quality assurance.

Of course, we take the industry's own quality requirements into account. Next to one ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001 certification We can draw on a large number of specialized suppliers who, for example, meet the requirements of IATF 16949 or DIN ISO 13845 fulfill.
Our supplier network spans China, Taiwan, Vietnam and India.

Quality assurance along the entire supply chain

A key component of our quality management is continuous quality assurance throughout all project phases:

• development phase: Feasibility analyses, material selection, design reviews
• Prototyping: Functional testing, validation, optimization
• Series production: Incoming goods inspection, in-process controls, end-of-line tests
• Logistics: Packaging inspections, traceability, documentation

Errors are identified and corrected in the early project phases. This reduces rework later in the process, lowers the scrap rate, and contributes to stable, reproducible manufacturing processes.

In-house testing laboratory for maximum safety

To safeguard critical product requirements, we operate a in-house testing laboratoryHere we conduct, among other things, the following tests:

• Lifespan and usage tests (e.g. for keyboards and switching mats)
• Environmental and climate assessments
• Material and surface analyses
• Electrical function tests

These tests allow us to validate products under realistic operating conditions and to identify optimization potential early on.

Focus on sustainable and economic quality

Quality encompasses not only technical functionality but also feasibility in series production. Therefore, even in the development phase, care is taken to ensure that designs are manufacturable and enable stable processes. The goal is to design components and assemblies in such a way that they can be manufactured reproducibly and that defined quality requirements are met even under series production conditions.

The close integration of development and manufacturing enables solutions that:

Especially for small and medium production runs, this gives us a significant added value compared to traditional series suppliers.
