What are push buttons?
Pushbuttons are switches that are activated by pressing a button or knob. This closes an electrical circuit, triggering an action. However, as soon as the pressure is released, the circuit breaks, and the action ends.
These pushbuttons are often used in areas such as public spaces or machine control systems because they offer simple and intuitive operation. Vandal-resistant pushbuttons are particularly essential in these environments, as they function reliably even under demanding conditions. They also provide safe operation and are easy to locate. They frequently control commands such as "start," "stop," or "reverse," with standard models capable of switching currents up to 5 amps, while more powerful versions can handle up to 10 amps.
How to customize your push buttons

Piezoelectric switches are ideal for applications with particularly high durability requirements, as they operate without any mechanical parts. This significantly reduces wear and contamination while simultaneously increasing reliability. Furthermore, they achieve more than 50 million actuation cycles and are therefore virtually maintenance-free. These switches are thus an ideal solution, especially in areas prone to vandalism or under extreme environmental conditions.
