Printed circuit boards and assembly
From concept to assembly – customized printed circuit board solutions

In addition to developing and producing molded parts and keypads for HMI devices, we also supply printed circuit boards and comprehensive EMS services. This provides you with a complete, seamlessly integrated solution for developing complete operator interfaces – from mechanics to electronics, all from a single source.
With state-of-the-art equipment and efficient manufacturing processes, our partners offer a broad portfolio of printed circuit board (PCB) solutions that reliably support technically demanding applications. Depending on the application, a wide range of options are available:
- Flexible printed circuit boards for compact, mobile or heavily loaded applications
- Rigid and rigid-flex circuits as robust hybrid solutions for high mechanical and electrical requirements
- Single-sided, double-sided and multilayer circuit boards from simple circuit designs to highly complex electronic applications
The assembly is carried out precisely according to your technical specifications – including individual material selection, accurate layout implementation, and reliable quality control. This results in a printed circuit board that is exactly tailored to your application and guarantees maximum operational reliability.
Polyester switching foils as a cost-effective alternative
For particularly cost-sensitive applications, we offer double-sided polyester circuit foils as an alternative to rigid or flexible printed circuit boards. These innovative circuits are particularly cost-effective yet reliable.
- Manufacturing process: The circuit layout is applied to both sides of the film using screen printing technology.
- Through-hole plating: The connection between the layers is made using a special conductive paste (through-hole technology).
- Protection of the silver conductor tracks: To prevent silver migration, the conductor tracks are covered with an overlapping carbon paste.
Our comprehensive EMS services enable efficient and economical production, so that you receive continuous support from development to series production. Whether customized membrane keypads, silicone keymats or touch displays – we combine all components into one complete control devicethat is perfectly tailored to your needs.

Circuit board with silicone safety mat

We don't just deliver silicone keymats, but also the precisely matched circuit boards – for a reliable, direct and process-safe switching function. By placing the switching mat onto the underlying circuit board, a precise, reproducible and extremely durable actuation is created, specifically designed for demanding HMI applications.
For applications where maximum reliability is required, we recommend gold-plated contact surfacesThe gold coating ensures consistently high conductivity and a particularly long service life. Screen-printed carbon However, it represents an economically attractive alternative: cost-efficient, robust and highly resistant to chemicals – ideal for industrial applications with high loads.
For the switching function to work optimally, the contact surface of the circuit board should be at least [size] in every direction. 0,5 mm larger be the contact surface of the silicone keyboard. In special designs, for example rocker switches or Keys with metal domesWe recommend submitting your PCB contact circuit diagram. This will allow us to precisely tailor the ideal technical design to your application.

Hotmelt molding process
The hot melt molding process, also known as low-pressure injection molding, reliably protects sensitive electronic components such as circuit boards, sensors and many other components from negative environmental influences. Since this process is particularly gentle on the material, it is ideal for sensitive components that require a long-lasting and resistant protective layer.
In hot melt molding, the components are first placed in a specially made mold. Then molten plastic envelops the entire component and spreads evenly. By carefully selecting different materials, a variety of specific requirements can be met. The process not only improves flexibility, impact resistance and shock absorption, but also increases moisture resistance and tightness. This means that the components are particularly resistant to water, dust and other environmental influences.
In addition, the process enables the material to be specifically adapted to ensure high resistance to UV radiation and chemicals. This makes it particularly valuable for applications in demanding industrial environments or outdoors. The color of the plastic can also be individually selected to meet optical or functional requirements.
Hot melt molding offers a versatile and effective solution for providing long-term protection for electronic components against corrosion, environmental influences and mechanical stress. Companies benefit from a robust technology that is ideal for use in difficult environments with high humidity or strong temperature fluctuations.
Advantages of the hot melt molding process
- Protection against moisture, corrosion, chemicals, UV radiation and mechanical stress.
- Diverse materials: Meet requirements for flexibility, impact resistance, shock absorption, tightness and color.
- Application possibilities:Integration of holes, screw threads or direct use as a housing.
