• Magnetic adapters for existing systems
  We design customized adapter solutions with magnetic connections for existing devices or interfaces. These enable easy retrofitting or product optimization without having to make fundamental changes to the existing device design. We also produce magnetic USB adapters, for example, for USB-A, USB-C, or Micro-USB, with integrated cable assembly or as adapter plugs. This allows conventional connections to be converted to a hygienic, touch-friendly, and easily removable magnetic connection.
• Direct integration into the housing
  We develop and manufacture complete connector solutions, including matching housings or device units. The magnetic connector is optimally integrated mechanically and electrically into the assembly. This option is particularly suitable for new developments and series products with a high degree of integration.
• Screw-in magnetic plugs with thread
  Our connectors can also be designed with a screw thread for direct installation into front panels or enclosure walls. Mechanical fastening is achieved via metric or custom threads – for secure, positive-locking installation with a defined fit.
  This version is particularly suitable for use in demanding industrial environments with increased mechanical stress as well as for subsequent or near-series integration into standard and existing housings.
  The screw threads can easily be supplemented with seals to meet protection classes up to IPx7.
• PCB assembly (SMD/THT)
  Our magnetic connectors can also be designed for direct mounting on printed circuit boards – using both SMT and THT processes. This solution is particularly suitable for series products with a high degree of integration and direct connection to the electronics.

Magnetic plug with matching wall housing

We have developed a tailor-made complete solution for a magnetic connection system for a customer in the medical sector. The solution includes a handset and a matching wall housing, which are connected safely and reliably via a magnetic plug-in system.

Thanks to the magnetic connection technology, the handset can be coupled intuitively and precisely to the wall housing, while the release mechanism prevents the connection from being damaged in the event of unexpected pulling. In addition, the robust and easy-to-clean plastic housing ensures high hygiene standards and is ideal for use in medical devices, patient monitoring systems or control units in clinics and care facilities.

Magnetic Micro USB connector

The developed plug adapter is plugged directly into the micro USB port of a mobile device and then enables easy connection with a magnetic charging cable. This eliminates the need to constantly plug and unplug the plug into the USB socket, which not only reduces wear and tear but also extends the life of the connection.

Thanks to the magnetic fixation, the device can be conveniently and quickly connected for charging. This offers a particularly user-friendly solution, ideal for applications where a quick, safe and gentle connection is required.

Customized cable with magnetic connector as a complete system

In the example, the plug consists of four spring contact pins and a magnet, which ensures a fast, shock and vibration-resistant connection between the plug and the device. In the customer-specific example, the magnetic plug consists of two power and two data lines. In addition, the special shape of the plug ensures a reliable connection to the housing. Optimal locking with a flat design

In contrast to conventional plug-in systems, which require a certain insertion depth for optimal locking, the magnetic plug-in system enables a very flat design.
