New sales management at N&H Technology

Markus Zemke is the new sales manager of N&H Technology GmbH as of July. He reports directly to the managing director Dipl.-Ing. Yine Zhang.

Zemke takes over the position from the previous sales manager Eugen Froch, who is now working for the company as an authorized signatory and senior consultant. “In order to ensure a smooth transition to the upcoming generational change, we have already decided to change the sales management team. Especially in order to successfully master the future demands in B2B sales and to further develop the sales team in a future-oriented manner,” explains Managing Director Yine Zhang.

Froch has been working as sales manager for the service company since the company was founded in 2001, focusing on electromechanical components, and has played a fundamental role in the development of the company. With the previous deputy sales manager Markus Zemke (32), the sales team will have a motivated engineer who has been working for the company for 6 years now.

The graduate mechanical engineer appreciates the trust placed in him and is approaching his new responsibility with optimism: “Taking over a well-positioned sales department with a grown team and a technically attractive product structure is a privilege and testifies to almost two decades of successful work. Now it is a matter of developing this path further with individual impulses, to take on the exciting challenges of an increasingly digitalized market and thus lead the sales department into a successful future. This is a task to which I am very much looking forward. Markus Zemke will be supported in his work by Dominik Genz (35), who has been appointed technical director.
