1mm miniature spring contact for SMD mounting - Perfect solution for wearables
For smaller wearables such as Bluetooth devices, smartwatches and power banks, ever smaller contacting solutions are required. With us you will now find two new miniature contacts with a length of only 1mm, which meet the requirements for miniaturization and compact design.
With a maximum stroke of 0,2mm and a working height of the pins of 0,8mm, these spring-loaded contacts are perfect for SMD assembly. The gold-plated brass alloy ensures high conductivity and current carrying capacity of up to 1A, while the spring force is 25g.
The two variants, SVPC-F-CS97175M2 and SVPC-F-CS97175M7, differ in structure. The SVPC-F-CS97175M2 has a wider solder pad of 0,80mm, while the SVPC-F-CS97175M7 has a 0,6mm.
