Thanks to the latest technology, we can now respond even better to the individual needs of our customers. By combining 3D printing and manual processing, we can create tailor-made magnetic plugs as prototypes. This "mini series" includes up to 20 samples that are perfect for initial installation tests and testing the magnetic force. This approach allows us to identify and implement necessary changes in the design phase. If the designed plug meets all expectations, the tool for further series production is then created.

As a specialist in the field spring contacts we offer over 300 different standard pins, which we select to suit your application and integrate them into the magnetic connector. If customer-specific adjustments to the spring contacts are required, we are also happy to do this. By using magnets in our connectors, we can ensure a self-aligning and shock and vibration resistant connection between connector and device. This is particularly advantageous in difficult installation situations, since even very small plugs can be connected to sockets relatively easily. The polarity of the magnets also prevents incorrect connection. We also offer our customers the ability to customize the magnetic force to ensure perfect fit and function.
