We design and manufacture matching protective covers Made of high-quality silicone or LSR in different hardnesses (Shore A40 – A70). The Covers are individually adapted to their plastic housing and offer a high level of customization thanks to the option of OEM lettering and specific markings. Depending on the application, an additional PU coating can also be applied to further protect and refine the surface.

Tooling

Tool making plastic injection moulding

Depending on the geometry, complexity and material of the molded part, optimized temperature control and injection systems are designed during the design phase of the injection molding tool.

The construction of injection molding tools is based on our own development and many years of experience. Based on the customer's specifications for the molded part, a tool concept is first created. The tool is designed according to common standards, taking international standard parts into account and based on the HASCO industry standard. During the design phase, a flow simulation (mold flow analysis) is carried out. In addition, other requirements such as special surface properties, wear-resistant tool components, temperature-controlled injection systems can be taken into account. After the tool has been released for series production, the molded parts are injected.

Prototype construction with 3D printer

Manufacturer of plastic parts

In the area of ​​prototyping using 3D printing, we have been working with well-known providers for years. To further improve our service offering, we now have the capacity to create prototypes directly in-house.

With the 3D printer Stratasys F370 We produce prototypes and devices made of real plastic up to a size of 355 x 254 x 355mm, with an accuracy of ±0,2 mm. In addition to the materials ABS, ASA, PLA and TPU, the materials PC-ABS, static dissipative ABS-ESD7 as well as robust and chemical-resistant PA6.6 MF07 (Diran) can be processed. With two heads, the F370 is able to print the product material and the soluble support structures simultaneously. The supporting structures are washed out in a subsequent ultrasonic bath without having to be removed manually.

We also work with a 3D printer using stereolithography technology (SLA). With SLA technology, liquid resin is hardened layer by layer using a UV laser. The individual layer thickness can be varied in the range of 25 µm – 100 µm.
