Magnetic adapter solution for round sockets
As part of a customer-specific development project, we designed and manufactured a magnetic connector with a connecting cable and a matching adapter module. This solution was specifically developed for use in medical applications and combines intuitive handling, reliable contact, and high functionality.
The magnetic adapter is designed for the customer-specific low-voltage supply and ensures a secure and robust connection technology. This solution is particularly impressive in medical environments due to its hygienic design and the ability to disconnect the connection quickly, safely, and without damage if necessary—for example, if the cable is accidentally pulled.
Easy product relaunch with magnetic plug adapters
With customized plug-in adapters, magnetic cable solutions can be easily integrated into existing control systems. This allows you to efficiently modernize proven input devices and adapt them to current requirements without complex retrofitting.
Integration of magnetic connectors into plastic housings
The direct integration of the magnetic adapter into the housing enables protection up to IP68 while maintaining minimal installation depth. The solution was developed and manufactured completely, including the magnetic connector and matching cable assembly.
Magnetic plug with matching wall housing
We have developed a tailor-made complete solution for a magnetic connection system for a customer in the medical sector. The solution includes a handset and a matching wall housing, which are connected safely and reliably via a magnetic plug-in system.
Thanks to the magnetic connection technology, the handset can be coupled intuitively and precisely to the wall housing, while the release mechanism prevents the connection from being damaged in the event of unexpected pulling. In addition, the robust and easy-to-clean plastic housing ensures high hygiene standards and is ideal for use in medical devices, patient monitoring systems or control units in clinics and care facilities.
Magnetic plug for screwing into front panel
As part of a project, we developed a screw-in magnetic connector that allows direct integration into front panels. The magnetic connector can be quickly and safely mounted in plastic or metal housings and front panels - similar to a push button. This design not only offers easy adaptation to individual designs, but also enables quick integration into standard housings.
Customized cable with magnetic connector as a complete system
In the example, the plug consists of four spring contact pins and a magnet, which ensures a fast, shock and vibration-resistant connection between the plug and the device. In the customer-specific example, the magnetic plug consists of two power and two data lines. In addition, the special shape of the plug ensures a reliable connection to the housing. Optimal locking with a flat design

Magnetic Micro USB connector
The developed plug adapter is plugged directly into the micro USB port of a mobile device and then enables easy connection with a magnetic charging cable. This eliminates the need to constantly plug and unplug the plug into the USB socket, which not only reduces wear and tear but also extends the life of the connection.
Thanks to the magnetic fixation, the device can be conveniently and quickly connected for charging. This offers a particularly user-friendly solution, ideal for applications where a quick, safe and gentle connection is required.
