We realize customer-specific connectors, for example based on spring contacts. Due to the large number of spring contacts, particularly small connectors, waterproof solutions (IPX6 / IPX7) and special solutions for high-current applications can be implemented.
In order to protect sensitive electronic components such as printed circuit boards or sensors from negative environmental influences, we can use connectors with the hot melt process seal. This technology is ideal for applications where moisture, dirt or vibration is a problem.
By using different materials, we can accommodate specifications for flexibility, impact resistance, shock absorption, moisture resistance, impermeability, UV protection, chemical resistance and color. Our potting technology also enables the integration of bores, screw threads and sealing.

Connectors with spring contacts
Several spring contacts can be assembled into a connector in a plastic housing. In addition to a number of standard solutions, we also offer you the production of customer-specific connectors:

Waterproof connectors with spring contacts
It is possible to combine several spring contacts with different working heights in a plastic housing to form a plug according to customer requirements. Pressing the contacts to the plastic housing is normally used as a common method to achieve IP54 tightness.
For more demanding installation situations, in which higher protection classes of IPx7 or higher are required, we offer various connector designs. Pins can either be supplemented with O-ring seals or directly overmoulded with plastic and/or sealed with elastomer materials. Overmolding allows the plug to take a custom shape and integrate sockets and plugs, reducing assembly time and cost.
Spring contacts also offer the advantages of small pitch, high integration and long life, as well as a shock and vibration resistant connection. In particular, spring contacts with the Super AP coating interesting because they have increased resistance to salt water, perspiration and electrolysis.

Magnetic connectors
We offer magnetic connector systems with cable assembly for a variety of branches and industries.
