We are expanding our cable assembly portfolio with high-performance high-speed cables. These connection solutions are specifically designed to transmit large amounts of data quickly, securely, and reliably. Supporting current standards such as SAS 3.0/4.0, PCIe 4.0/5.0, and IEEE 802.3, the cables provide a future-proof foundation for modern applications. We can supply these high-speed cables in length individually tailored to customer-specific requirements to adjust.
Technical features
The cables are available in AWG sizes from 30 to 24 and allow lengths of up to 5 meters. Depending on the model, they support transmission speeds from 10 Gbps to 400 Gbps. With impedance values of 85 or 100 ohms, they are designed for different system requirements.

SlimSAS – High-Speed Cable
SlimSAS is a modern connector standard for high-speed data transfer. The term stands for a compact version of the Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interface.
Compared to traditional MiniSAS or MiniSAS HD connectors, SlimSAS offers a more space-saving design without sacrificing performance. The connectors support current standards such as SAS 3.0/4.0 and PCIe 4.0/5.0 and enable data rates up to hundreds of Gbps.
Variants
- SlimSAS 4x cable – compact solution with 4 lanes, suitable for internal connections in servers, backplanes and storage modules.
- SlimSAS 8x cable – a higher-performance version with 8 lanes and therefore double the bandwidth. Ideal for high-volume data applications, e.g., in servers, storage systems, and high-performance computing.
- SlimSAS 8x to 2×4x cable – a flexible option that splits an 8-lane connection into two separate 4-lane connections. Especially suitable when a single high-speed port needs to be distributed across multiple systems or modules.

SlimSAS Low Profile is a further development of the SlimSAS standard and was specifically developed for applications where limited space and high transfer rates come together.
Compared to traditional MiniSAS or MiniSAS-HD connectors, SlimSAS Low Profile offers an even flatter, space-saving design. This allows for powerful high-speed connections even in compact systems such as servers, storage modules, or industrial computers.
