Our protective covers made of silicone and LSR (liquid silicone rubber) are precisely tailored to your device housing based on 3D data or reference samples. Different Shore hardnesses (A40–A70) allow for application-specific design in terms of shock absorption, sealing, and ease of use.
The covers not only provide mechanical protection against external influences such as falls, abrasion or particles – they also improve the ergonomics of the product through non-slip surfaces and anti-slip properties.
For seamless integration into your product line, we offer a wide range of customization options, such as OEM lettering, markings, or functional modifications (e.g., button windows, cable entry holes, mounting tabs). PU coatings for increased chemical or abrasion resistance are also available.
