We offer a series of piezo buttons with installation diameters of 12mm, 16mm, 19mm and 22mm.
The actuation surface of the piezo buttons is available in different shapes, such as flat or concave, and with integrated ring or point-shaped LED lighting to give you user-friendly and intuitive operation. In addition, the buttons are sealed according to IP68 and have a completely closed actuating surface, which makes them water and dustproof. Aluminum and stainless steel are available as material for the housing, whereby the aluminum housing can be anodized in different colors.
These metal piezo probes are extremely reliable and suitable for demanding applications, with an impressive lifespan of up to 50 million cycles and an operating temperature of -40°C to +75°C.

As an alternative to this range, we can also manufacture customer-specific piezo buttons. For example, the pressure hood can be printed with individual symbols or customer-specific housing designs. Pushbuttons are electrical switches that are operated by manually pressing a button or button. When the button is pressed, an electrical circuit is completed that triggers a specific action. When the pressure on the button is released, the circuit is broken and the action is terminated. Vandalism-proof input buttons or pushbuttons play an important role in public space or local transport, as well as in industrial machine controls. They ensure precise and reliable operation, as well as quick traceability. The buttons often take on the function of a pure command transmitter, so that signals such as start and stop or forward and reverse movement are clearly communicated. The maximum current of the serial pushbutton is 5A, special series also allow currents of up to 10A.
Individual look
With engraved or printed lenses, colored Satus LEDs and various housing colors, pushbuttons can also be given an individual look. Multicolored lighting even allows multicolored status indications to be displayed. The buttons are made of robust plastic or metal and built directly into a front panel and a housing. Appropriate seals give them a protection class of up to IP68 / IP69K. The service life of up to 1 million cycles also makes the buttons very reliable.

Lifetimes of more than 50 million cycles make them very reliable and virtually maintenance-free.
