Thanks to a wide range of materials, including ABS, ASA, PLA, TPU, PC-ABS, ABS-ESD7, and the chemical-resistant PA6.6 MF07 (Diran), we can customize prototypes to meet the specific requirements of your projects. This material diversity enables the production of components with special properties such as high impact resistance or wear resistance.

For what production volumes is the collaboration suitable?

The appropriate production quantities depend heavily on the specific application, the technical requirements, and the manufacturing processes used. In principle, our solutions are suitable for both small and large production runs and can be flexibly scaled.

In many projects, customized solutions begin with quantities as low as 100 to 500 units, particularly in specialized fields such as medical technology or niche applications. At the same time, we also produce series in the five- to six-figure range for industrial applications.

Because we work with many medium-sized companies and niche markets, we know that cost-effective implementation is crucial, especially for small and medium production runs. Therefore, our processes and our international supplier network are specifically designed to enable efficient, high-quality solutions even for smaller volumes.

How long does it take to implement a project?

The project duration depends on the scope and technical requirements. In many cases, however, initial prototypes can be implemented within a few weeks, allowing for rapid validation and subsequent optimization.

How is the quality of the components ensured?

We ensure quality through defined testing processes and agreed-upon manufacturing standards, including both intermediate and final inspections. At the same time, we operate on the basis of a DIN ISO 9001 certification, so that processes are implemented in a structured and transparent manner, ensuring consistently high quality.
Furthermore, we rely on a qualified international supplier network whose partners – depending on the industry and application – hold further relevant certifications such as ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485. Selection and collaboration are based on long-term agreements and close communication, while processes are continuously developed and modernized. Can existing designs or components be optimized?

Yes, existing designs can be analyzed and specifically optimized. We examine both technical feasibility and economic aspects such as manufacturing costs, assembly effort, and material usage. The goal is to improve existing solutions without compromising functionality, while simultaneously increasing their suitability for mass production.

Is collaboration possible without owning development data?

Collaboration is possible even without complete development data. Initial concepts can be developed based on an idea, sketch, or reference product. We then support the further development step by step, enabling structured implementation even without existing design data.
