1mm miniature spring contact for SMD mounting - Perfect solution for wearables
For smaller wearables such as Bluetooth devices, smartwatches and power banks, ever smaller contacting solutions are required. With us you will now find two new miniature contacts with a length of only 1mm, which meet the requirements for miniaturization and compact design.
With a maximum stroke of 0,2 mm and a pin height of 0,8 mm, these spring-loaded contacts are perfectly suited for SMD mounting. The gold-plated brass alloy ensures high conductivity and a current carrying capacity of up to 1 A , while the spring force is 25 g.
The two variants differ in their construction. The SVPC-F-CS97175M2 has a wider solder contact of 0,80 mm, while the SVPC-F-CS97175M7 has one of 0,6 mm.
